Camino means path in Spanish, and this is exactly how yoga feels to me. <\/p>\n

It is a path we are walking together, and anyone who joins will walk it at their own pace. Some days it will be fast and some days very slow. But just as in life, we keep moving and evolving every step of the way.<\/p>\n

Camino Yoga is a project to make yoga and its benefits, accesible to everyone who is open to receive them.<\/p>\n

Hi, I am Vero Diaz<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

I am an enthusiast of learning and enjoying life to the fullest, however, as many of us, sometimes get overwhelmed with the fast-speed in which life happens nowadays.<\/p>\n

After pursuing what a lot of people would call a successful career in the private sector, finishing a Ph.D. in Water Technology, leading an NGO to promote inclusion of minorities in International Water Governance, and generally always trying to do more and more, I realized I needed to learn how to listen to myself and quiet for a moment all the noise of the world around me.<\/p>\n

I have been practicing yoga for over 8 years. In 2023 I took a yoga retreat in Rishikesh, India, at Yogpeeth Rishikesh, and fell even more in love with the depth of yoga and the positive impact it can have in one’s life.
Af that, in June 2023 I finished my first 200 hrs Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Federation of Europe and started teaching in a more structured way.
In December 2023 I finished two other Teacher Trainings: 200hrs for Vinyasa and 20hrs Prenatal Yoga with Prague Yoga Collective (PYC), certified by Yoga Alliance International.<\/p>\n

I got pregnant in 2023 and had my baby in 2024, that changed my practice and my pace but living through Yoga philosophy helped me adapt to the changing circumstances. I have continued with my yoga practice as much as life allows me.<\/p>\n

In 2025 I got a 25hr certification of Rocket 4Beat Yoga with PYC. Where I have also been teaching for almost 2 years.<\/p>\n

I am committed to keep learning and bringing this knowledge to practice and sharing it with whomever is open to receive it and grow from it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yoga is more than the positions we make with our body, yoga is a life-style and a life philosophy, which has helped me in the process of healing from my deep wounds and traumas, helped in knowing myself better and accompanies me in growing as a person.<\/p>

I want to bring yoga to everyone who is willing to embark in a self-growth journey, despite of their physical and economic conditions.<\/p>

I love the mix of energy and calm of Vero's classes. How she always reminds us about alignment and gently assist us when needed. Vero has for sure the best and most effective yoga class for pregnant women in Prague.\nThey are more active than any other prenatal classes and I always feels like I did something good for my body, not just relax.\nThere is a good flow, good music, good vibe <3 <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
